Ghost Town
Based on the old ghost stories surrounding the quaint, countryside town of Farnham, Surrey. Healy created a series of images exploring and documenting the dark and eerie side of this idylic British town.
With locals claiming:
“...phenomena has been reported for over 300 years. Phenomena include the apparitions include a former actor, a male ice-skating, strange noises, disembodied footsteps, and light switches and objects interefered with.”
“...heavy footsteps on gravel, even though the surface has long been tarmacked”
“...apparitions of monks, females, indistinct forms, a dancing girl and one Bishop Morley. Other phenomena include phantom footsteps and the sense of not being alone.”
